The drill is also ideal for plumbing and electrical applications such as drilling holes to run wire through studs and joists, or boring holes in floors for plumbing venting. The drill features a 1/2-inch all-metal chuck that includes a thick, clear coat finish to help prevent rusting and is lightly knurled for an easy grip. With the included Milwaukee 2.4 Ah battery, this tool can drill up to 60 holes with a 1-1/2-inch auger bit on a single charge. The impact-resistant case helps protect the tool in transit to and from the job site, and features an enclosed storage area for drill bits. This tool will run using Milwaukee's Ni-Cad or Li-Ion batteries for added convenience. The drill comes backed with a 5-year limited manufacture's warranty.
